As educators, URxlent founders understand the importance of unleashing human potential so each person can become the full actualization of his/her purpose, talents and interests.  Over the years we have worked with children, youth, and adults both new to and experienced in the workforce, and what we know is this: there is a process to becoming your best self and sharing that self with others.

First, we know it is essential to know yourself and have a system of self-realization and growth you can plug into.  It is imperative you find harmonic balance in your life and understand while you can have most anything you want, you can’t have everything at the same time, so a balance of equality may not serve you as well as a focused balance which allows you to bring forward certain parts of your life while maintaining other aspects.  It is also important understand how to present your best self to others so they will open the doors to opportunities to do meaningful and relevant work.

Secondly, we know to be successful you must learn to be a contributing team member and to work in concert with others.  Whether your contributions to the team are through cooperation, collaboration, or synergy, the ability to “play well in the sandbox” and offer yourself to a project is not nearly as easy as it sounds.  Not every other team member is easy to work with, so learning how to work through the “disconnects and disappointments” to achieve a greater good is part of your journey in unleashing your own power and possibilities.

Third, we know we are all leading, whether we would like to or not.  Each day, others are listening to our words and more importantly observing our actions.  As they watch they are deciding if they can trust and follow you or the exact opposite.  Becoming a person others wish to follow begins with strong character, positive intent, acquisition of key skills, and the ability to get positive results.
